Kramer was born in Colo and taken to a pet store at 6 weeks of age. A couple bought him and after having him for 2 months they relinquished him to my Shih Tzu rescue. I adopted him that day. He was with me 9 years. Kramer was a very special little guy and loved by everyone. We will miss him forever. Love Mom, Ashlyn and Scooter
